How long will my order take?

Manufacturing time:

7-14 Business days once your order is placed (orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day). Once manufactured then packed for collection or delivery.

Delivery is not included in the manufacturing time. Once your order is shipped it takes 1-4 business days to deliver.

If you stay in any of the main centres (JHB,CPT,DBN & PTA) delivery is generally quicker.

How it works:

Minimum manufacturing time of 48 working hours depending on the quantity of your purchase, instead of 7-14 Working days. Your order gets prioritized and put on the top of our manufacturing list instead of in order.

You will be liable for the additional fees attached to this option.

Do we have a physical store?

Unfortunately not, we are exclusively an online shop. However you can occasionally find our pop up stalls! Follow our Socials to track our movements.

Can I come and collect my package from you?

Yes. We have a pickup option at checkout
