Cancellation policy

Cancelations:

General Products:

Please note if your order is canceled before being sent out for delivery there will be a 30% cancelation fee taking into consideration all relevant factors.

Personalized products:

In term of any customized, personalized or specialized product(s) the full amount is payable for the cancelation fee.

Shipping Rates:

If you have canceled your order your shipping rate will be returned to you as long as the courier has not been scheduled to collect your item.

If the mentioned above factors are not reported within the correct time frame, I as The Poison Ivy Creations will not be able to assist you with a solution to the problem at hand.
